How to Use ☸️SAIMSARA

1. Enter your query and click “Search”.
   SAIMSARA supports two main query types:
   • Effect of (predictor → outcome) — associations, effects, risks, time-to-event.
     Examples: “aspirin side effects”, “coffee and longevity”, “semaglutide weight loss”.
   • Head-to-head comparison (A vs B) — compare therapies, exposures, or strategies.
     Examples: “aspirin vs clopidogrel”, “smoking vs vaping”, “guarana vs caffeine”.

   

2. Wait: Search & extraction.
   SAIMSARA searches scientific libraries (Semantic Scholar ~ 230M papers, Europe PMC ~ 45M papers or PubMed ~ 39M papers — you can choose the source in Advanced settings) and extracts structured evidence from original research (when available), including:
   • sample size
   • study design
   • statistics
   • key conclusions
   Batch limits:

   • Free: 35 articles (1 batch only)
   • Pro (Online): 50 articles per batch (unlimited batches)
   • Pro (Offline): 100 articles per batch (unlimited batches)

   

3. Craft paper.
   After extraction, SAIMSARA generates your paper from the extracted evidence.
   • Free: crafting starts automatically after the first batch. Additional papers are not available in Free mode.
   • Important: Free papers use a limited number of extracted references, so they may not reflect the full evidence base.
   • Pro (online): you can continue extracting additional references online using Next articles or Autorun, and you can craft your paper anytime.
   • Pro (offline): use Autorun offline to run SAIMSARA in offline mode, extract references until the last article, and automatically craft the paper. You’ll receive it by email.
   • Outputs: Free = PDF · Pro = PDF + shareable web page

4. Subscribe to Pro.
   Need full coverage of the evidence? Subscribe to SAIMSARA Pro to unlock:
   • multiple online batches
   • offline autorun delivery by email
   • account dashboard and session management

   

5. Log in.
   After subscribing, log in with your email:
   • enter your email → receive a PIN and a login link
   • use either method to access your SAIMSARA Pro account

   

6. Enjoy Your Pro account.
   With Pro you get an account dashboard to:
   • manage all sessions and crafted papers
   • pause and resume searches
   • share / publish papers
   You also get an extended toolbar:
   • Craft paper: generate the review anytime — or run the entire process automatically
   • Autorun Online: fetch batch after batch automatically
   • Autorun Offline: run offline and receive the crafted paper by email (also saved to your account)

How it works

1. Search & Selection — Large-scale retrieval and PRISMA-style filtering of original studies from major scientific databases.
2. Structured Extraction — Automated capture of sample size, study design, key statistics, and outcome conclusions.
3. Outcome-Sentiment Meta-Analysis (⛛OSMA) — Classification of each study as beneficial, harmful, or neutral (including Head-to-Head and Predictor→Outcome models), weighted by ΣN.
4. Synthesis — Generation of a complete systematic review (Aim, Methods, Results, Discussion, Limitations, Future Directions, Conclusion, Figures).
